2025 CONSARC EXPERIENCE SEMINAR

Consarc Corporation is excited to announce the selection of the Gila River – Wild Horse Pass Resort in Phoenix, Arizona as the site of the 2025 Consarc Experience Seminar, taking place from November 3rd to November 5th, 2025.

As Consarc equipment owners and operators, your experiences and feedback are essential to the success of this seminar. We appreciate hearing your thoughts on your furnace(s), as well as suggestions for improving future furnace designs. We are also interested in your perspectives on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and operating costs, (including aspects such as VIM lining, charge makeup, ESR slag recycling, helium and argon consumption, and maintenance). We welcome your feedback on safety matters, including confined spaces, safety gear, argon handling, and operator awareness. If there are any challenges you've encountered in daily operations, such as operator training or other issues, please share your insights.

We are still in the process of formalizing our committees, co-chairmen, and program. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions – please let us know by e-mailing the seminar committee at seminar@consarc.com.

We look forward to seeing you this year in Phoenix, at what promises to be another fantastic Consarc Experience Seminar.

Sincerely,
The 2025 Consarc Experience Seminar Planning Team

Three training sessions are scheduled throughout the seminar and will take place during meal breaks. Each casual session will include training modules followed by open discussion and Q&A.

*Pre-registration is encouraged for these sessions.* Please express your interest in attending these sessions on the registration form.

Presentation Guidelines

Each company is required to deliver at least one technically-driven presentation - this event is not for general company overviews. The presentation should be concise, lasting no more than 10-15 minutes to allow for discussion. No content will be published or distributed. The program is still being finalized, so if you have specific topics in mind, please share them with us. Your participation is crucial to ensuring the technical program is valuable for all attendees.

Consarc will also share several presentations throughout the seminar, including the popular industry forecast, a superalloy safety presentation, and our popular “Ask Me Anything” panel discussion with industry experts and the Consarc Technology Team.

Resort Accommodations

Consarc has secured a competitive room rate of $209.00/night for a standard room. The resort has extended the discounted rate for a period of three (3) days before and after the seminar for any guests wishing to expand their trip and see more of the American southwest.  To reserve by phone, please call 520-796-4900 and mention 'Consarc' when booking.  Registration deadline is 9/10/2025.
