Induction Heat Treatment

With high technology and know-how, we provide quenching and induction tempering services through the heat treatment division.

With many years in the market and extensive experience, we have a development and quality control department that guarantees the highest standard of services. We also have development centers of the international group in several countries, such as the USA, England, Belgium, Germany, Australia, China, Korea and India.

We serve several areas of industry, such as automotive, auto parts, industrial maintenance, maritime, sugar and alcohol plants, oil, cement, agriculture, machining, forging, foundry, among others. We treat parts such as shafts, flanges, tubes, gears, spherical pins, forks, spindles, bushings, cylindrical rods, industrial knives, plungers, tips and a multitude of complex parts. We achieve temper layers from 0.3 to 8.0 mm.

Structure

We have self-manufactured vertical progressive tempering equipment, updated and sized for each type of application, with numerical control and a high level of precision. Complete laboratory composed of equipment for metallographic tests (characterization of macro and micro structures), mechanical tests of micro hardness and superficial and portable hardness, in addition to the most modern equipment for detecting cracks via particles.
