Established on December 17, 1990, in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, and later relocating to its own facilities in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, the company has been serving a broad spectrum of clients across the Mexican Republic and Central America. Specializing in after-sales service for Inductotherm equipment, the company boasts an extensive inventory of spare parts, a well-equipped workshop for repairs and manufacturing, and a dedicated team of Mexican technicians for prompt customer assistance. Company Information
Inductotherm SA de CV supports the entire Mexican Republic and Central America. We have customers from Tijuana, Baja California, to Matamoros, Tamaulipas, and even Mérida, Yucatán. Our customers include: Cifunsa, Rassini Frenos, Tisamatic, Grupo Peñoles, Grupo Ternium, Galvasid, Fundilag Hierro, Fimex, VW de México, IUSA, etc.
To date, we have over 300 customers, with more than 500 power units sold - from 15 KW to 12,000 KW - and with furnaces of less than 500 grams of capacity up to 60 MT (ferrous metals) and 115 MT (non-ferrous metals).
The Inductotherm, SA de CV facilities are located in the Ramos Arizpe Industrial Park, in a total area of 4800 square meters and a construction of 800 square meters, with ample possibilities for future growth.
Our Offerings
Inductotherm, SA de CV, is dedicated to the after-sales service of its own Inductotherm brand equipment. We offer:
- A large stock of spare parts that can be in the customer's hands in a matter of hours if necessary, eliminating the time lost in importing components.
- A workshop with special equipment and tools for the repair of the different components of the Inductotherm brand furnaces, mainly, as well as for the manufacture of coils, bus bars, power cables and repair of damaged equipment or that require maintenance.
- A team of Mexican technicians who are available according to the needs of our customers, to assist you in solving problems with the equipment, either by phone or in the field.
- In addition, we will advise existing and potential clients in the selection of new equipment and/or converting or upgrading existing systems.

We offer specialized field technical service for our OEM furnaces, staffed by expert technicians who possess extensive training and experience, honed at our main facility in Rancocas, New Jersey, USA.
Our Technical Department is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for those who are enrolled in our technical assistance programs. We are committed to giving our customers an immediate response to their requirements and needs, either with technical support, repair service at our facilities or in the field, and/or spare parts.
