Consarc Corporation July Construction Update
Consarc’s building has officially taken shape this Month! Framing of the expansion is complete, and the installation of the roof and siding has started. With the building framed out, plumbing and HVAC can also begin being installed. We’re getting closer to the finish every day and cannot wait until we are able to utilize the new space!

Consarc Corporation June Construction Update The new building is finally taking shape here at Consarc! The month began with some finishing touches on the concrete in the bases for the beams. Once all the concrete was complete, the ground was leveled once again, followed by the dispersal of beams and other framing material around the site.

Consarc Corporation May Construction Update Construction at Consarc has ramped up this month! Where there once was a building that housed our water jet and stored material, there is now a full-on construction zone. In recent weeks, the overall footprint of the new building has taken shape. With the space outlined, the scale of the new manufacturing space becomes clear.

Consarc Corporation April Construction Update Work in the month of April started with the “final touches” on the construction of the pit. Concrete was poured into the temporary forms that were installed back in March, creating the walls of the pit. After being left to cure for several days, the forms were removed, revealing the new walls.

It has been great to be able to get outside and see the amount of work being done without needing to “layer up” beforehand.
