Construction at Consarc has ramped up this month! Where there once was a building that housed our water jet and stored material, there is now a full-on construction zone. In recent weeks, the overall footprint of the new building has taken shape. With the space outlined, the scale of the new manufacturing space becomes clear.
Forms were set and concrete was poured around the entire border of the expansion. Small pits for central support columns were also dug, reenforced, and filled with concrete.
Consarc is located in a small town that boasts a strong sense of community. Our office and manufacturing facility is surrounded by “Garden State” farmland that is managed by local farmers. Expanding in Rancocas is a sign of our commitment to “sticking to our roots” and investment in our local area. Soon enough, we’ll be hiring for all the new roles that will exist in our new manufacturing space. With construction scheduled to be completed by early 2027, we’re eager to begin utilizing our new manufacturing space to fulfill customer needs.
