Rancocas, NJ — Consarc Corporation, a New Jersey–based leader in vacuum and controlled atmosphere technology, announced that it officially broke ground in early January on a significant expansion of its manufacturing facility in Rancocas.
The 37,000-square-foot expansion will nearly double the company’s overall manufacturing footprint and includes expanded space for heavy fabrication, equipment assembly, and testing, as well as additional offices to support new production control and manufacturing staff.
Construction of the expanded facility is scheduled for completion in early 2027. Once finished, the new space will allow Consarc to immediately scale manufacturing operations to meet increasing customer demand. In response to an unprecedented backlog of work, the expansion represents a strategic investment in capacity, efficiency, and innovation.
Consarc customers primarily produce advanced materials for the aerospace, power generation, medical, and additive manufacturing industries, sectors that are projecting historically high demand through the remainder of the decade. In addition, Consarc’s newest technologies support rare-earth magnet production and the reduction of critical rare-earth elements.
