Coil Rails
Alpha 1 Induction Service Center’s proprietary coating process increases wear resistance on the rails, which in turn helps extend the life of your rails and reduces downtime. When rails wear, they leak the cooling water into the coil. This soaks the coil lining causing it to break down and allowing shorting between the coil turns. Shorted turns cause coil arcing, leaks and damage to the copper tubing, and premature failure of power supply components – all of which lead to downtime and lost production.
Additionally, it is important to routinely inspect your rails and replace them when the coating has worn down.
