PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The sand is introduced into the mixer, previously weight through the load cell.

After that we add the adittives like bentonite, coal, etc.

For the addition of water, previously we make a measurement of moisture, via the control cabinet and necessary water is added to the mixture.

Once nish the mixing cicle, opens the pneumatic gate situated at the base of the will, the sand is discharged on a envoyer belt that transport at the hoppers.
