Features

T&H Lemont’s machines can form essentially any sort of product from sheets or coils, including:

Profile components for manufacturing. These vary from simple, common applications to complex designs.

Profile and panel components for architecture. These include functional or decorative components for trim and siding.

Panels that require forming only along the edges, such as shelves, partitions, residential doors, and overhead doors.

Configurations

T&H Lemont makes four varieties of roll formers.

The most economical machines from T&H Lemont are the DP and TP series. These are reliable machines that can mount three sets of tooling (DP), or four sets (TP), to make three or four parts simultaneously. These machines are designed for infrequent changeovers and consistent throughput. These machines form materials up to 0.102 inch thick.
The RA series is more advanced than the DP and TP series. It’s somewhat more versatile than a dedicated machine, intended for long product runs and occasional changeovers. It has sufficient vertical adjustment to accommodate a small variety of parts.
The RU is among the most rugged machines in the industry. It has an optimal combination of features to produce open or welded profiles. A durable machine designed for longevity and ease of changeovers, this is a versatile machine intended for high-volume production. It forms materials up to 0.188 inch thick.

The DH is a dual-head machine that forms panels along the edges. It’s the most versatile in T&H Lemont’s fleet. The machine has two separate forming heads and mounts up to four tooling sets. Depending on the configuration, it can make up to two panel designs of varying widths, or it can make up to four panel designs of consistent widths.
