Tom joined Inductotherm Heating & Welding in 2019 as a Junior Sales Manager after earning a first-class degree in Electronic Engineering. His exceptional performance and commitment to excellence led to his promotion to Sales Manager in 2021 and further advancement to Sales Team Leader in June 2024.
